60 minutes for update on status, discussion of future labs if needed, and possible changes to treatment plan ($250)* with Dr. Nicole *Billed based on time ($4.17/min), times may vary. Charged for time actually used.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations contact us at least at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. A full appointment fee can be charged for failure to give 24 hours notice of cancellation.
